Montana FWP

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, through its employees and citizen commission, provides for the stewardship of the fish, wildlife, parks, and recreational resources of Montana, while contributing to the quality of life for present and future generations.

In consultations between the Montana Climate Office and Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks staff, the following items were thought to be beneficial to FWP's pursuits:

  • Requested estimates of drought severity, and down-scaled climate projections that drive changes in species and habitat distributions as a means to optimize investments in conservation lands
